Longbow Golf Course

Designed by famed golf course architect Ken Kavanaugh, Longbow Golf Club in sunny Arizona is a tremendous desert course to play. Redesigned in 2003, the theme at Longbow is variety. You can play this course time and time again and still not ever take the same shot twice.

When it was redesigned the overall yardage was lengthened so that today you have 7,003 yards to test your driver. This increase also boosted the par to 71 making the course more open and ultimately more enjoyable to play.

Since its re-opening in 2003, Longbow Golf Club has received numerous awards. In 2007 Golfweek magazine named it "One of the Top 20 Courses in Arizona." Arizona the State of Golf named Longbow "One of the Top 25 Courses You Can Play in Arizona" in 2006.

Because you are in the middle of the desert don’t expect many water hazards. However, well-placed sand bunkers make up for this. Another detail to contend with is the rolling fairways. This creates some tough illusions as you try to line up your next shot.

After a tremendous round of golf visit the newly constructed clubhouse. This is a one-of-a-kind structure that includes any amenity you could possibly hope for. You can enjoy a drink on the outdoor patio as you look out over the course. For the chilly Arizona nights there is an enormous patio fireplace here.
